Hours and getting here
What are your hours?
Public hours are 1pm to 7pm. Members get in with the Kisi app: Basic 7am to 7pm, VIP 24/7 access.
Where can I park?
Two free lots right across the street on Minthorne St, free for customers and for people who work at the local businesses. The ferry and SIR are a 10-minute walk.
Is there a second location?
No. Everything is at 4 Minthorne St: desks, rooms, saunas, mailboxes, the cafe and the front desk.
Memberships and day passes
What's included with a membership or a day pass?
Access to the space: the front cafe, the lounge, desks and the conference area, plus WiFi, saunas, showers, lockers and a private call booth. Basic adds 7am to 7pm access and 2 free booking hours a month. VIP adds 24/7 access and 4 free booking hours a month.
How much is a day pass?
$20 for the day, every amenity. A seven-day pass is $50 if you want to spread them out; use them any day you like.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your portal. Access ends at the end of the paid period and the door turns off the same day.
Rooms, offices and events
How do I book a room?
Book on the Spaces page or from your portal. Conference Room is $50 an hour. Creators Lab is $50 an hour. Research & Archive Room is $50 an hour. The Lounge is $75 an hour. Sauna sessions are $50 an hour. Members and non-members can book; plan free hours apply automatically.
Do you have private offices?
Yes, private and semi-private offices, rented by the month, not the hour. Join the waitlist on the Spaces page and you will hear as soon as one opens.
Can I host an event here?
Yes. Cafe Lounge holds up to 40 people. The Fitness Room, Inspiration Plaza and the Member Area are rented by the hour for private and public events, on request. Send the date and the headcount from the Spaces page and Hala will reply with a quote.
Can I rent a mailbox?
Virtual mailboxes are $50 a month at 4 Minthorne St, as an add-on to any plan or on their own. Ask at the desk or add it from Plans & pricing.
The Pantry and programs
What is The Dreamers Pantry?
A discreet, dignity-centered pantry for creatives, founders and freelancers in a rough season, with Urban Fairies of SI. Confidential and by appointment. Nothing you type in the application goes on a public list.
Do you run programs for schools or companies?
Yes: social-emotional learning, entrepreneurship and self-development, including the School Connectivity Retreat. Run as a workshop, a series or a custom build, in your space or ours. We are a NYC DOE vendor and a certified MWBE.
