Your account

You must be 18 or older to hold a membership or book a room. Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the guests you bring.

Memberships and automatic renewal

Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your card is charged the plan price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We show the price and billing period before you pay.

You can cancel online at any time from the Billing page of the member portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. See our refunds and cancellations policy for the details.

If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email before the change applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel.

Bookings, passes and programs

Room bookings, day passes and passes are subject to availability, the booking rules shown when you book, and our refunds and cancellations policy. Program and event quotes are estimates until we confirm them in writing.

Using the space

• Treat other members, guests and staff with respect.
• Follow the house rules and any instructions from staff.
• Leave rooms as you found them. You are responsible for damage you or your guests cause.
• Do not use the space or the website for anything illegal, unsafe or disruptive.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. Personal belongings are left at your own risk.

The website

The text, photos and design on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New York consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top, and we will tell members by email before a significant change takes effect.
